In order to achieve the said Quality Policy the following objectives have been defined


  • Products: Reduction in defects rates, PPM, Scrap rates, reduce in house rejection
  • Process: Improving productivity, reduction of waste, reduction set-up time, aims at preventive the defects rather than defecting the defects
  • Quality: Assuring the quality and traceability of finished products, reduced Cost of Poor Quality
  • Customer: Zero products of returns, reduction in complaints, improved in customer satisfaction scores, on-time delivery
  • Suppliers: Assuring the quality of raw materials, reduction of complaints or defects

Department/ Process wise objectives / measures are derived and included in business plan. Quality Objectives will be achieved within the time frame.
